Partnering with Exegenix assures you of a high level of professionalism all the way down the line, from an organization that understands how partnerships work. We will provide your staff with comprehensive technical and sales training. We can help evaluate sample conversion documents from your clients, analyze their current workflow and advise what manual processes Exegenix technology could replace, assist with the deployment and customization of Exegenix Conversion Solutions onsite, and with any questions you or your clients may have during subsequent ongoing conversion.

We are available to help with proposals, to give advice and support, and will consider custom work to the Exegenix conversion engine if necessary. When partnering with Exegenix, conversion pricing to end-user organizations is based on the following processes:

Pre-processing: This will be required if the materials to be converted are in hard copy, or if they are in a format other than PostScript or normal PDF. Partners undertaking this aspect of the conversion process will charge their own rates.
Automated processing via the Exegenix Conversion Engine: Exegenix charges per kilocharacter of approved XML output. This means that partners or their clients pay only for XML output that meets their quality standards.
Manual value-add: Human intervention during the conversion process can be required to resolve ambiguities of content, layout, etc. This work can be undertaken either by Exegenix or by partners. Partners undertaking this aspect of the conversion process will charge their own rates.
Post-processing: This is required by organizations that require XML output that conforms to a specific DTD. Partners undertaking this aspect of the conversion process will charge their own rates.

So, no matter what partner option you choose, you are entirely free to set your own conversion pricing. Exegenix charges only for the automated conversion process unless we are materially involved in one of the others. Volume pricing discounts are available.
